Andre Ayew played a role in my decision to sign for West Ham: Mohammed Kudus

Andre Ayew’s influence, according to Mohammed Kudus, was a major factor in his decision to sign with Premier League club West Ham United.

Kudus, who signed a five-year contract with the London-based squad on Sunday, underlined his delight to join the West Ham team and mentioned Ayew’s favourable comments about the organisation as a motivating factor.

Kudus stated in an interview that “Ayew has been speaking highly of West Ham.”

He added that when the chance to join the team presented itself, Ayew’s experiences with the club and his support of West Ham spoke to him.

The  midfielder eagerly accepted the opportunity and accepted the Premier League team as his team.

Kudus has contributed with goals and assists in two games so far this season, showcasing his abilities and impact on the field.

He was included in the Eredivisie team of the week as a result of his performances. Kudus distinguished himself by scoring 11 goals and dishing out three assists for Ajax in league games during the 2022–2023 season.
