AFCON 2021: Cameroon looking to continue winning run against Ethiopia

Fresh from their opening day victory against Burkina Faso, Cameroon will be looking to grab another victory against Ethiopia.

The Walia Ibex lost on the opening day against Cape-Verde having been reduced to 10-men after just 12 minutes of play.

For the hosts, the job is pretty simple; win against Ethiopia and then inch closer to a place in the knockout phase of the competition.

For Ethiopia, they would need to avoid defeat to stand any chance of securing a slot into the knockout phase. Defeat would all but spell the end of the tournament for the Walia Ibex.

Cameroon with the win in their sails are more than favourites to win this tie but Ethiopia would hope to pull a surprise and salvage their tournament dreams.
