Asante Kotoko express pleasure over Abdule Ganui Black star call up- Mr. Obeng Nyarko


The communication and Board manager for Asante Kotoko, Mr. David Obeng Nyarko has reveled the excitement in the club after Abdule Ganui was called by Coach Rejevac in the black stars squad to face South Africa and Ethiopia.


The black stars head coach, Milovan Rejevac named his 28-man squad to face South African and Ethiopia in their upcoming world cup qualifier, and the captain for Asante Kotoko, Abdule Ganui named was mentioned in the squad yesterday.


In an interview on Akoma FM, Mr. David said “Asante Kotoko is elated for captain Ismael Ganui been made to the black stars call up looking at the numbers of Ghanian footballers scattered across the globe. It is a great opportunity for us and a lot of other local players.


He also added that “it is good for local players to get chance to play for the black stars. Milovan Rejevac is interested I the league and going round to monitor games. Black stars coach will scout many players at the premiership center in the country.


According to Mr. Obeng, the Premier League is scatted with a lot of talent, therefore they should give them the opportunity when it comes.

“There is talent in Ghana Premier League not only at Kotoko so we should give the opportunity when the chance is given, but players should also serve wholeheartedly. he said
