Club friendly : AY United suffers defeat to Liberty professionals

Division two side Ayensudo united from the K.E.E.A district of central region, yesterday at the Dansoman carl reindorf park suffered a 1-0 defeat to Liberty professionals the scientific soccer lads.

As epic as the encounter was, 25’mins strike by Jabril Ibrahim was enough to see the first half end in a 1-0 infavor of “simply the best” boys, even though the division two side seemed a bit superior in the half.

Apparently, mid way through the second stage of the game was glamours chances which fall the way of united but unfortunately could not put parity leaving  Liberty professionals emerging as victors.

The Donsoman based club, uses this as part of preparations towards next season’s 2021/22 division one campaign as they were relegated in the just ended Ghana premier league.

However, Coach Awudu with his side AY United on the other hand, looks set to continue from how they fared last season once they erged to the division two middle league while they topped their group with only a defeat but sadly had to loose to UCC Young stars and Metro fc.
