W O Tandoh to hold dual role at Hearts of Oak

Kumasi based Oyerepa FM/TV reports that Physical Trainer of the Accra based side has been asked by management of the club to also assume the role of Welfare Officer a position previously called Team manager which was held by Sebastian Nii Saban Quaye who is on sick leave.

The Reports further suggest that leadership of the club had contacted their former Captain Jacob Nartey and former logistics officer Nat Ofosu to take up the role but both rejected. A position both have held previously.

Saban Quaye who is the club’s TM is on sick leave and their former player Ben Adjei who was Acting in that capacity was shown the exit after he was accused of posting a pornographic sticker on the supporters WhatsApp platform.

W O Tandoh after rejoining the Phobians from Aduana Stars is yet to be given a contract which he has been assured of as he takes the dual role.

The Club has now decided to rebrand the Team manager position calling it Welfare Officer .
