William Opoku Mensah Officially Part Ways With Kotoko.

Asante Kotoko and striker William Opoku Mensah have parted ways just nine games into the new league season.

Opoku Mensah’s contract expired last month but the two parties failed to reach an agreement hence the striker’s exit from the club.

The former Karela United striker joined Asante Kotoko for a one-year deal in 2019 has featured in most of the club’s games this season.

Opoku Mensah is the second player to mutually terminate a deal with Kotoko today after the club confirmed Muniru Sulley’s departure.

Asante Kotoko who is third in the Ghana Premier League table will face Aduana Stars this weekend at the Accra Sports Stadium in week 10 of the Ghana Premier League.
