2020/2021 season of the national Division One League kick starts this weekend after several months of a break due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Sekondi Hasaacas was heavily tipped to qualify out of zone two during the truncated seasons and the target remains the same with the likes of Samson Eduku, Theophilus Awortwe, and Abeiku Ainooson still at the club.

Ahead of the club’s matchday one clash with Star Madrid on the road, captain of the side Abeiku Ainooson talks preparation in camp and readiness for the game.

“Honestly things are moving on well The experienced players who were helping last season got injured along the line but thankfully some are back fully fit while we hope for a quick recovery process for the others.” He told Takoradi-based Spice FM.

“Preparation is going on we’ll and playing body together with the management is hoping for the best when the season starts.” He added.
