LION SHOW: Fatau Dauda Named Man Of The Match Against Asante Kotoko.

Black Stars goalkeeper Fatau Dauda was adjourned Man Of The Match in Legon Cities 0:1 defeat to Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Forward Osman Ibrahim scored the only goal which separated the two sides in week five of the Ghana Premier League.

The win was Kotoko’s first this season across all competitions after struggling in their first two games drawing against Eleven Wonders and Berekum Chelsea in weeks one and two respectively.

However, Legon Cities are still chasing their first win in the league following the appointment of new coach Bashiru Hayford who sat on the bench against his former club today.

“We were in the game right from the start to the end and we created many chances. This team is a good side, we just need to work and work. Scoring is a problem at the moment and that needs to change.”- Bashir Hayford said after the defeat to Kotoko.
