English Side Southampton Close To Signing Mohammed Salisu

English Premier League side Southampton are close signing Ghanain International Mohammed Salisu who has been impressive for Real Valladolid in the Spanish La Liga Santander.

Ralph Hassenhuttul wants to make Salisu his first signing in the summer to improve his defensive set up ahead of the 2020-2021 league season.

Major tabloid in Spain, AS are reporting that the deal is worth around €12m and it is near-done.

Mohamed Salisu will join the tall list of Ghanain players playing in the Premier League including Jordan Ayew, Jeffery Schlupp and Andre Ayew who is expected to qualify Swansea City to the top-flight league.
