I believe C.K Akonnor will be more professional – Yaw Acheampong

Elmina Sharks head coach Yaw Acheampong has said he believes his friend and former teammate C.K Akonnor who is now the head Coach of the Senior National team will be more professional in his job especially in the player selection criteria.

“We all wish C.K Akonnor well and I believe he will be professional in the job he is doing.”

Coach Yaw Acheampong who was the teammate of C.K Akonnor during their playing time at Okwahu United, Ashgold and the Ghana Black Stars also said the task of his friend is very difficult and also believes most of the local coaches will wish to coach the Ghana Black Stars.

“I think the task of C.K Akonnor is very very difficult. To be coach of the national team is very big and I believe most of our coaches will wish to get the opportunity”
