We shouldn’t wait for the coach before we train – Milot Pokuaa advises

Sekondi Hasaacas Ladies attacker Milot Pokuaa has advised her colleagues to take their personal training serious and shouldn’t wait for the coach before they train during an interview with Solomon Amankwa on Sekondi-Takoradi based radio station Kyzz 89.7 FM’s program “Sekunde Sports” .

She said this when she was asked to advise her colleagues and the up and coming footballers.

She said she doesn’t take her prayers and personal training for granted and she is advising her colleagues and up and coming footballers to do the same.

“I Milot Pokuaa, don’t play with my prayers and person training so I will advice my colleagues and up and coming footballers to also be prayerful and take their personal training serious. We shouldn’t wait for the coach before we train.”
