GHALCA Boss Cudjoe Fianoo Urges Kotoko Supporters To Rally Behind New Board.

Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) chairman, Cudjoe Fianoo has called on the supporters of Kumasi Asante Kotoko to throw full weight on the newly appointed board chaired by Dr Kwame Kyei.

Life patron of the club, Otumfour Osei Tutu II  has tasked a nine member board to rebuild the club’s brand in the sporting sector and also develop it to become a sustainable economic club.

According to Fianoo, Dr Kyei remains the right person to chair the board and must be given the needed support from the supporters to be successful.

“I am not surprised Dr Kwame Kyei is retained as Kotoko chairman. We all know the works he has done, single-handedly financing the club is a big feat. I believe Otumfuo appreciated the work he has done that is why he honoured him”, he told Light FM.

“He (Dr Kyei) should learn his lessons this time and with the rich personalities on the board, they will take Kotoko to the promised land”.

“The supporters should canvass their total support for the newly constituted board of the club. It is a big task that has been given to them in respect to the expectations of Otumfuo from the released letter”.
