Ghana Football Remain Suspended Until At Least July 31

All Football Competitions in Ghana remain suspended until at least July 31, 2020 following the President’s 10th speech on Measures taken against the spread of Covid -19.

HE Nana Addo Danquah gave his 10th address to Ghanains on Measures taken against the spread of the deadly pandemic on May 31, 2020.

Government released restrictions on some educational sectors which includes final year students at the tertiary level, secondary school level and the basic school level. Religious activities which were banned months ago will be held on conditions.

Government however stated that Non – Contacts sports golf, tennis, athletics, badminton, table tennis, triathlon and cricket can however return to being played but football remain suspended until July 31.
