Messi is a God-Ghanaian midfielder claims

The debate as to who is the better of the two never seem to end, with football personalities often asked to choose their favourite amongst Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

The duo has dominated the beautiful game of football for more than a decade, Messi has lifted six Balon do’ or awards while Ronaldo has also won five making it a total of 11 Balon do’ or titles between the pair.

Emmanuel Lomottey who plays his club football for Extremudara in Spain was asked to name his preference of the two superstars.

“Ronaldo and Messi are two great and extraordinary players, they are the best players in the world at the moment,” he told Kumasi FM.

“I will go for Messi, he is a god. He’s the best player in the world now.”

The Ghanaian was then asked to reveal his dream team.

He said, “I want to play at the Camp Nou. Barcelona is my dream club and playing for them will be a happy moment in my life because it is the club I support, and I know it will happen one day,”
