Bashiru Hayford refuses to rule out a return to Kotoko

Former Medeama coach Bashiru Hayford has refused to rule out a return to Ghana Premier league side Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

The experinced coach in his first stint with the Porcupine Warriors lifted the Premier league title during the 2007/2008 season.

Mr. Hayford is currently without a job after leaving the Somalia national team.

The former Asante Kotoko coach insists that he cannot turn down an opportunity to make a return to the club should the opportunity present itself.

“Yes, I’m a grown-up now but cannot rule out the possibility of coaching Asante Kotoko again. Currently, I’m too matured and ready to take up the mantle when necessary.” he said.

Bashiru Hayford is now in pole position to replace Mr. Francis Oti Akenteng as the GFA Technical Director.
