Kotoko midfielder Richmond Lamptey joins Rwandan side APR FC on two-year deal

Kotoko midfielder Richmond Lamptey has joined Rwandan side Armée Patriotique Rwandaise (APR FC) on a two-year deal, according to reliable sources.

Lamptey Rwandan contract with Kotoko expired, concluding a successful three-year stint with the Ghanaian club.

During the just-ended season, Lamptey Rwandans made 17 league appearances and provided five assists, highlighting his importance to the Porcupine Warriors. Despite battling injuries, the 27-year-old was a key part of Kotoko’s Ghana Premier League title triumph in 2021.
