I’m not ready for GFA technical director role-Abdul Razak insists

Former Black Stars player Abdul Razak Karim has revealed that he is not ready to assume the role of a Technical Director at this stage of his career.

With the position vacant since Mr. Francis Oti Akenteng’s contract expired in March 2020 ,it was expected that the ‘Golden boy’ as he’s popularly known would apply for the position.

However, the former Asante Kotoko coach has distanced himself from such suggestions claiming that he is very much interested in the field job.

“I am not interested in becoming the Technical Director at this moment. I am still available and interested in the field”.

“For the moment I don’t think I am ready for that role. I had that same offer at Asante Kotoko but I rejected it”, he added.

The GFA has already shortlisted 6 individuals who are being interviewed for the Technical Director position.
