Ghana coach Otto Addo has expressed optimism about his squad’s fitness ahead of their 2026. FIFA World Cup qualifier against the Central African Republic (CAR) on June 10.

Despite facing some injury concerns, Addo reported a positive update:  We had a few injuries,”. Addo acknowledged, but it appears that everyone will participate fully in training today. And I’m optimistic that all players will be fit for tomorrow.”

The match, kicking off at 19:00 GMT at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi, carries significant weight for Ghana’s qualification hopes. Currently sitting third in Group I with 6 points, Ghana needs a win to solidify their position. Victories against Madagascar and Mali were countered by a loss to Comoros, making the CAR clash a must-win for Addo’s men.
