Ghanaian midfielder Evelyn Badu has announced her move to French club FC Fleury 91 Feminines, expressing her excitement on Twitter with the message: “New home @FCF91_feminines “.

The Black Queens star has signed a one-year contract with the French Division 1 side, where she will wear jersey number 17.

Badu arrives from Norwegian side Avaldsnes IL, where she scored 5 goals and provided 3 assists in 49 appearances across all competitions. During her time with Avaldsnes, she was recognized with both the club’s Best Player and Players’ Player awards

Prior to moving to Norway in 2022, Badu played for Hasaacas Ladies in the Ghana Women’s Premier League. Her talent and potential have garnered significant attention, making her a valuable addition for FC Fleury 91.
