Ex Ghana Star Augustine Arhinful Confident CK Akonnor Will Succeed As Black Stars Coach.

Ex Ghana international Augustine Ahinful believes current Black Stars boss Charles Kwablan Akonnor will be successful in the nation’s quest to win it first AFCON in over 30 years.

Speaking to Nathaniel Attoh on Joy Sports, Arhinful said:

“I only hope it can work well. CK [Akonnor] has played professional football before and knows what to do to succeed. I told him before that national team football is a different animal,”

“You look at the different egos and study them. You have to manage the different characters well. If CK brings the cup [AFCON], he will be named in history.” He added.
