Ghana Football Association announces the weekend of Friday, October 27 – Sunday October 30, 2023 as the date for the start of the 2023/24 Malta Guinness Ghana Women’s Premier League

The Ghana women’s premier league known as the Malta Guinness women’s premier league for sponsorship season is the top flight football in Ghana and its played across the country on weekends.

Hasaacas Ladies and Ampem Darkoa Ladies are the most successful teams in the league winning the league title four (4) each. Going into the new seasons, the competition will welcome two new debutants, Jonina Football Academy ladies and Fosu Royal Ladies.

Kumasi Sports Academy and Sea Lion return to the league after spending just a season in the lower division.

Jonina Ladies and Sea Lions will be competing in the South Zone, Fosu Royals and Kumasi Sports Academy will also compete in the Northen Zone.
