Kotoko Legend predicts bright future for Ghanaian Star

Former Ghanaian international Yussif Chibsah has expressed his optimistic outlook for the future of Nordsjaelland forward Ernest Nuamah, suggesting that the talented youngster has the potential to become a prominent figure for the Ghanaian national team.

Chibsah’s endorsement comes on the heels of Nuamah’s inaugural goal for Ghana’s U-23 team, the Black Meteors, in a hard-fought 3-2 triumph over Congo during the U-23 African Cup of Nations (AFCON).

During an interview with Citi Sports, Chibsah confidently asserted that despite Ghana’s disappointing performance against Guinea, which ultimately resulted in the Meteors’ premature exit from the tournament, Nuamah’s skills are bound to develop over time.

Chibsah stressed the significance of hard work and cautioned the budding talent against complacency, highlighting the untapped potential within Nuamah.

“He possesses remarkable talent, and there is still more to be unveiled from him. He must continue to work diligently and avoid getting too comfortable, as there is still much more he can contribute,” Chibsah remarked.

“He has recently earned his first call-up to the senior national team, which is a positive sign that will boost his confidence and morale,” he further added.

“He is an immense talent, but he still has room for improvement, and with the right development, he can rise to become one of the world’s best players,” Chibsah concluded.
