Injunction on Ghana Premier League dismissed.

The domestic top-flight has been on hold for four weeks after Ashantigold had served the Ghana FA with an injunction following their demotion to Division Two League over match manipulation.

The High Court has dismissed the interlocutory injunction filed by Ashantigold SC on the Ghana Premier League.

GFA asked the Jugde, Justice Babara Tetteh-Charway to let Ashgold pay a sum of GHC300,000 as damages for the suspension on the league for three weeks.

But the Judge award GHC20,000 fine against Ashgold in favour of GFA.
