U17WWCQ – Ophelia Serwaa Amponsah excels as Black Maidens whip Liberia 8-0

Black Maidens Striker Ophelia Serwaa Amponsah scored four goals in Black Maidens 8-0 win over the Lonestars of Liberia in the U-17 Women’s World Cup qualifier 2nd leg game.

The Black Maidens of Ghana whipped Liberia Women’s U-17 National team, Lonestars 8-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Ghana Women’s premier league leading goal scorer within 15 minutes scored a haul to record her 5th goal in the qualifiers.

Ophelia recorded her name on the score sheet in Monrovia when the Black Maidens beat the Lonestars of Liberia 2-0 in the 1st leg.

The Ampem Darkoa Ladies striker is currently leading the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup qualifiers Goal Queen chart with 5 goals.
