HEARTS OF OAK AND ASANTE KOTOKO ARE NOT BIGGER THAN ANY CLUB IN GHANA-ALHAJI GRUSAH.

Alhaji Grusah has warned the Ghana football association not to think of giving Asante kotoko nor Hearts of Oak any special treatment interms of sharing the Ghana premier league sponsorship money.

The Ghana FA on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, unveiled Betpawa as the official headline sponsor of the Ghanaian top-flight league campaign.

The company is set to pump $6 million into the Ghana Premier League, 2 million dollars for every season for the next three years.

Reacting to speculations that there are plans by the GFA to give Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko more money than the other clubs, Alhaji Grusah who is the owner of King Faisal has warned that he will not sit and watch.

He is calling on other clubs to join him to take on the Ghana FA if indeed such a thing is being considered.

“They can’t tell us that nonsense. If they are big clubs they are big clubs in their home. I’m going to find out from the FA and if this is true they will see something. I’m calling on the clubs, let’s all not sit and entertain this. If they are big clubs then we will all boycott the league for them to play the league alone,” Alhaji Grusah told Accra-based Angel FM in an interview.
