“I have no issues with Nana Yaw Amponsah”- Dr Kwame Kyei

Board Chairman of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Dr Kwame Kyei has come clear on reported rift between him and CEO Nana Yaw Amponsah, confirming that there is nothing of that sort.

According to Dr Kyei, there have been misunderstandings between the two severaly but it doesn’t go beyond that.

“There is no problem between myself and Nana Yaw Amponsah and his management.
As humans, definitely there will be misunderstandings between us but we resolve them and move on”, he told Kumasi based Akoma FM.

The board chairman further confirmed that the board will review the works of the CEO and decisions will be taken in the interest of the club.

“I can’t alone decide on his future, the entire board will review his output and take a firm decision in the best interest of the club.”
