City Football Academy Gets On Winning Way As Blanco, Shaitta, Earth Angels and Ambassador suffer deteat.

City Football Academy defeated Ambassador FC 4-3 to continue her win in the second phase of the league as Mabinty Camara scored hatrick and Jessica Lomax scored one to give the City Girls all three points at the Tusa Field Sports Pitch in Gardnersville over the weekend.

Maitta Morris scored twice and Decontee Jackson got one, but it was not enough to rescue Ambassador FC that sits second place on the league table with 27 points from 12 games in the ongoing LFA/Orange women’s league.

On the same day at the Tusa Field sports pitch, defending champions Determined Girls FC whipped Blanco FC 7-2 to sits comfortable on top of the table. Bountou Sylla, who is the league top scorer got a hat trick, while Paulinho Agbotsu also served herself a hat trick new signing Kante Saydee scored one to make it 7.

Blanco FC new striker, Catherine P. Johnson scored twice against Determined Girls FC, but it was not enough to help Blanco FC that continue to struggle this season. Coach Rio Nyantee girls now sits at 7th spot with 10 points.

Determined Girls FC have now gone 12 games without a defeat since the start of 2021/22 league season.

Determined Girls have collected 36points from all 12games.

In the first match at TUSA field at 10am,, DC Shooters defeated Earth 2-1 Angels FC .

A brace from Christiane Kouadio secured all 3 points for DC Shooters.

New signing Melissa Gebah, on loan from World Girls, scored Earth Angels lone goal on her debut.

Earth Angels FC sits 9th place at the bottom of the table with 6 points.

In other match results, World Girls defeated Shaitta FC 3-1 at the George Weah Technical Center in Careybury, while Hippo got a crunch 2-1 win over Soccer Ambassador FC at the SKD practice Pitch .
