GPL week 17 match preview: WAFA vs Karela United

The WAFA Park at Sogakope will serve as the venue of attraction when West African Football Academy host Karela United in week 17 of the 21/22 Ghana Premier League season.

The home side are having a difficult time, having amassed just 18 points from the first 16 games of this season.

It is a tally that is only better than 17th and 18th placed teams Eleven Wonders and Elmina Sharks who are on 16 and 11 points respectively.

A win today will be crucial to their survival, just as it will be for Karela in securing a top four finish.

The Western based side will be hoping to improve their point tally which currently stands at 22 points.
