Aguero back playing sport after retiring

Former Barcelona and Manchester City legend Sergio Aguero has made his return to sport in a video drop on his Instagram handle.

The 33-year-old took to Instagram on Monday night to post a video of himself playing a game of tennis with a friend on a clay court in South America.

Aguero enjoyed 10 sensational years at Man City, winning five league titles and becoming the Sky Blue’s record all-time top goal scorer.

In the 2014-15 season, he was awarded the Premier League Golden Boot and is widely regarded as one of the greatest players to ever play in the English top flight.

Aguero, signed for Barcelona on a two-year contract in the summer but suffered chest pains during his first start for the Spanish against Alaves in October.

After being ruled out for three months with heart arrhythmia, Aguero emotionally announced that he was being forced to retire from football in December 2021 after playing just 165 minutes for the LaLiga giants.
