17-year-old Liberia young star Teah has signed a pre-contract with Sweden Professional Football Club Hammarby IF reportedly. A deal worth US $120,000. According to my source, Hammarby has paid 50% of the transfer fee to Nimba FC and the balance will be paid when making the final move to the club next year.
Teah is part of the British newspaper The Guardian’s next 60 best-generation young players.

According to my sources, Sampson Dweh’s agent Numunkeh Tunkara of Fella Sport Management had an interest in signing Devine Teah when he saw him play in Mauritania with Liberia U20 in the WAFU tournament.
Tunkara came to Liberia to meet with the families. Since Teah couldn’t make any move because he was underage. Tunkara offered US 8,000 to his parents to take him to Guinea to play for a short time. According to Tunkara that could help make him more stronger and more mature until he turns 18 then he can send him to a top club in Europe. That didn’t materialize.
